  1. Nice blog!
I got psoriasis when I was about 4-5 years old (im 19 now) and I didnt get any treatment until 1 month ago...well i havent went to the doctor before that because i thought i couldnt get any help because i dont have so much psoriasis, on my knees, elbows and some spots in the hair so its not so much. now the docotor gave me a salve especially for psoriasis (cant remember the name) but i havent used it yet, i'll start tomorrow i think and then i will use it for a month or two and after that it will be "gone" if i just use some softening skin cream. before i just used a very nice aloe vera creme but that only took the "white" parts away, it was still red and so! hopefully i can go with shorts and a t-shirt not feeling ugly this summer =)) to be continued in 2-3 months!!

  2. To deal with my Psoriasis I do a couple things.. First off I don't have it that bad, I get it on my legs, elbows, hips, Scalp.. thats about it. Usually if I'm stressed out or if the weather is really dry.. Usually a combination of things. Anyways I do a few things to fix it. I use Olay body wash, this stuff is amazing! I also use Head and Shoulders shampoo it seems to help a lot with my scalp. I also put Cetaphil lotion on my legs/elbows/hips daily after I get out of the shower. The last thing I do (which I think helps more than anything else) I take Fish Oil 3 times a day. This has helped me dramatically!
